Accommodations

NIIRA SKY LOFT

those will be the biggest and most expencive rooms for main reason they will have a big balcony with jacuzzy, big loft size room, we cannot focus on any view as they will differ and partially see the ocean from only one side , that’s why SKY is the perfect word to use

NIIRA TROPICAL RESIDENCE

those are the only 2 rooms with 3 elements private garden jacuzzy ad kichenette but they are smaller that the first cathegory and on the ground floor

NIIRA BAY VISTA

thosea re the best ocen view room, different in size but I neeed to take this criteria and group them as we also to consider they are interconnecting ( I can still make a price differentiation but for sut same category)

NIIRA WILD NEST

medium sze rooms with nice view partial ocean, we cannot use this word in the description but even the wiew of the junngle needs to be highlighted

NIIRA WILD LOFT

in this case we need to focus on the condo concept since these are the rooms with kichenette and loft ( price will be low because the view is a bit critical)

NIIRA TRIBE

This is the only family room which we cannot sell separately as we have 1 toilet only on top of this the location is on the terrace so not really facing ocean and quite noisy at a time.

NIIRA SPLASH

the criteria is the pool facing area, the size is not the best and 2 of them are not in a very good location due to the restaurant entrance, privacy is limited but for sure be in front of pool is a plus

NIIRA LIVING

this is unique room…big with kichenette but not big as a loft, the postion to be hnest is not the best but is big and can be seen as a small apartment to live in…..

NIIRA PLAY ROOM

this room is small and placed on our terrace bar, no privacy just fun!needs to be sold in a creative way therefore a creative name has been assigned

NIIRA WILD

those are the most difficul rooms the location is the worst we will have, I will siggest to use these as Jolly room, I wil retain those from the inventory and use them only for walk in and moments of full occupancy, needs to be sold directly preferably
