those will be the biggest and most expencive rooms for main reason they will have a big balcony with jacuzzy, big loft size room, we cannot focus on any view as they will differ and partially see the ocean from only one side , that’s why SKY is the perfect word to use

those are the only 2 rooms with 3 elements private garden jacuzzy add kitchenette but they are smaller that the first category and on the ground floor

those re the best ocean view room, different in size but I need to take this criteria and group them as we also to consider they are interconnecting ( I can still make a price differentiation but for suit same category)

medium size rooms with nice view partial ocean, we cannot use this word in the description but even the view of the jungle needs to be highlighted

in this case we need to focus on the condo concept since these are the rooms with kitchenette and loft ( price will be low because the view is a bit critical)

This is the only family room which we cannot sell separately as we have 1 toilet only on top of this the location is on the terrace so not really facing ocean and quite noisy at a time.

the criteria is the pool facing area, the size is not the best and 2 of them are not in a very good location due to the restaurant entrance, privacy is limited but for sure be in front of pool is a plus

this is unique room…big with kitchenette but not big as a loft, the position to be honest is not the best but is big and can be seen as a small apartment to live in…..

those are the most difficult rooms the location is the worst we will have, I will suggest to use these as Jolly room, I will retain those from the inventory and use them only for walk in and moments of full occupancy, needs to be sold directly preferably
